Land Clearing (Part 1) Completed

Today, Foothill Forestry Mulching of Mount Airy, NC completed a 3-day land clearing project for the vineyard. They cleared the western portion of the land by 40 feet. This will be a road and extra planting space. They also started clearing the first part of the rear of the property. Here are 2 videos. This first is a short video showing the work they completed in the first two days. The second video shows them hard a work clearing (and eating) trees. Awesome. We have already scheduled mid-July to restart the clearing of additional space.

We will add cover crop next week due to the wet weather scheduled for tomorrow.
