Wine Tasting Results

We held an impromptu white wine tasting at our home. The results are in... Moscato tastes great but is sweeter than Reisling. Most preferred the Reisling. We also found that Goat Cheese with Truffles is fantastic with the white wine. You can get this cheese at Aldi for $2. This result helps us with the white vines selection. So I think we will plant Saugvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Reisling. If you disagree, let us know.
